    market, it has to know the market first. Social media sites provide the perfect
    tool for getting to know your audience. In fact, through social media,
    businesses can even hang out with their target audience to find out what they
    like and don’t like, what they talk about, and so on.

     I remember a story that my professor told me about customer service, if there are two stores, with the same product that’s being sold, that comes with the same price, one of the owner is very friendly old woman and knows almost everybody that buys her product, while the other owner is a couple that’s very strict and doesn’t greet anyone who buys in their store, where would you opt to buy?

    Of course to the old woman that builds good relationship with others. Same with the customer service in the internet world. People don’t buy a product, people buy people as well.
