Seventhman is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather, how we use it and how to request a correction or change.

Your Personal Information
We do not collect personal information when you visit our Web site unless you fill out our contact form or are an existing client.

Our contact form asks for your name, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is collected so that we may respond to your inquiries.

Existing clients will will be assigned a User Name and password allows them to use the client extranet. This information is used only to identify you and provide specific services.

We will not disclose your personal information to any individual who is not an employee or agent of Seventhman. We may use your personal information to contact you as needed for business purposes, including but not limited to, soliciting feedback on our Web site and our service, providing customer support, announcing new services, job requests and requests for general information. We honor all requests for removal from any Seventhman e-mail list.

We may share broad demographic or other information about our members with partner companies while withholding your personal identification.

We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.

Security
Client passwords are encrypted during transmission over the Internet via Secure Socket Layer Software (SSL), a standard encryption technology. We cannot guarantee your information will be absolutely secure. The transmission of data on or through the use of our Web site or our service is at your own risk.

Seventhman uses cookies to determine log-in status, browser settings, resolution, and other settings that can affect the display of the Web site. Logging of Data
Seventhman keeps records about client desktop settings to help us improve our services to meet your specifications. This data is stored as aggregate data and is not maintained on a separate or identifiable basis outside of the cookies used while you are logged on to the Seventhman Web site.

Newsletters and Product Notification Opt In/Out
Seventhman periodically sends newsletters and new product updates and notifications. Visitors to our Web site may choose to receive these e-mails. Users receiving these e-mails can opt out in order to prevent receiving future e-mails of this nature. This option is provided at the bottom of every e-mail. We respect your right to decline and have made the process of opting out as easy as possible. Opting out of the newsletters does not remove you from our contact database and you may still receive invoices or emergency site notifications via e-mail.

Seventhman takes all reasonable care to protect your information; however, there can be exceptions to this policy whereby we are required to release information about you. Some possible reasons for exception to this policy include but are not limited to, government and court order requests. In the event such a situation arises, you authorize Seventhman to disclose any content or information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as Seventhman deems necessary or appropriate.

Seventhman is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of Web sites which we provide links to.
